We’d love to think a fantastic diet is the sole solution to super skin; however, we’ve come to realize it’s equal parts Foodtraining and Joanna. Joanna Czech, Sava Spa’s owner, is simply a skin savior and Sava is well worth the trip.

The Running Center coaches all levels of runners in fantastic group and individual programs. Mindy Solkin, TRC’s owner, coached Lauren in her first marathon and they have collaborated in many ways in the years since. TRC hosts a number of unique runs, but our favorite is an October run, “the last 10-mile run” which follows the last 10 miles of the NYC marathon course.
