Weight Loss Foodtraining

One feature unites almost all of our weight loss clients, they know what to eat! They’re experienced when it comes to foods and in an ideal world, free of time constraints, families, jobs and travel they wouldn’t need us. The trouble is, they haven’t figured out a way to put it all together…and that’s where we come in.

In the initial consultation, we figure out what’s holding the client back.

Are they constantly realizing they are starving and grabbing whatever is around?
Do they eat perfectly during the week and blow it on the weekend?
Are they using exercise as a means to consume more calories?

After gathering information we compose the first food plan, subject to change at future weekly appointments.

Sports Nutrition Foodtraining

From elite athletes to first time marathoners it’s amazing how precisely focused training schedules can coexist with extremely unfocused eating routines.

Many athletes know what doesn’t work for them: eating too close to a competition or consuming products with caffeine but aren’t fully aware that certain adjustments can make nutrition as asset and improve performance.

Pre and Postnatal Foodtraining

There is no better time to maximize your diet than when you are pregnant. The problem is many of us learn the first time, after surviving terrible morning sickness or gaining too much weight where we could have done better and don’t seek professional help until the second time around.

Yes, alcohol and smoking are off limits when pregnant, we all know that. However, which fish have higher mercury levels and need to be restricted? How much do fluid needs increase when pregnant? What can you do when pregnancy-related constipation strikes? Generally, we meet with pregnant women either weekly (for weight control and proper gain) or once a trimester to go over the basics. Visits continue after the baby is born.
