was created by Lauren Slayton MS, RD - a New York City based nutritionist.
The purpose of foodtraining
is to provide clients with practical, easy to follow, nutritional
advice to suit their lifestyles.
Whether clients have long work days,
children to care for or athletic training schedules taking up most
of their time- the goal of foodtraining is to teach people how to
improve their diet and energy levels within the confines of a busy
schedule.
